Ask your teacher or exams officer, or check your course details. Confirm the subject's specification code too: the same exam board can offer more than one course with a similar name.
Can I use another exam board's past papers?
They can provide extra practice on overlapping topics, but content, terminology and assessment requirements can differ. Prioritise your own specification and ask your teacher to check unfamiliar material from another board.
How do I check whether this Edexcel paper is for my specification?
Compare the specification code and qualification title with your course, then check the component, options and tier where relevant. The paper's front page and the board's qualification page can help you confirm the match.
Why can't I find the newest Edexcel papers?
Recent papers may be restricted before public release. Check the board's official paper finder and release guidance for your qualification and session. Use an available paper that matches your course while you wait.
Can I use papers from an old specification?
Some questions may still be relevant, but topics, methods and assessment requirements can change. Check each question against your current specification and use current-specification papers to practise the exam's overall structure.
