How do I sign in?
Use Google sign-in, or enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link. If you use email-link sign-in, there is no password to reset.
How do I change my email address?
Email changes are not self-serve yet. Email info@revise-right.com from your current account address and we'll help update it safely.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email info@revise-right.com from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion request.
Can under-18s use Revise Right?
Yes, if they are 13 or over and have parent/guardian permission or are using Revise Right through an authorised school arrangement. A parent or guardian should approve any paid plan.
Do paid plans include a free trial?
Each recurring Pro plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, your selected monthly, three-month or annual billing cycle begins unless cancelled before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open billing settings and choose Manage Billing to cancel a recurring subscription through Stripe. Your access remains available until the end of your current billing period. Exam Season Pass is a one-time plan and does not renew.
