Terms and Conditions
1. About Us
Revise Right Education Ltd (“Revise Right”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital educational resources for GCSE and A-Level students.
We operate two websites:
• www.reviseright.io – marketing and information
• www.reviseright.app – academic content and resources
By signing up or using Revise Right, you agree to these Terms.
⸻
2. Age Requirements
• You must be 13 or over to use Revise Right.
• If you’re under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to create an account or purchase a membership.
• We rely on you to provide accurate information. If we discover an account was created without consent, we may suspend or delete it.
2.4 Business or educator use
If you use Revise Right in a business capacity, for example as a teacher or private tutor, additional terms may apply (see Section 8.3).
⸻
3. Memberships and Free Trials
We offer several membership types:
• GCSE memberships – access to GCSE resources only
• A-Level memberships – access to A-Level resources only
Memberships are available as:
• Monthly
• 3-month
Some memberships include a 7-day free trial.
• After your trial, you’ll be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Each user is entitled to one free trial only. Creating multiple accounts to get repeated free trials is considered abuse, and we may suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
3.6 Renewal reminders and price changes
We may update prices or billing structures. If a change affects your renewal price, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal date in account settings. If you continue after the change, you accept the new price.
3.7 Billing cycle reminders
We do not send reminder emails before renewals, due to the volume of accounts we manage. You are solely responsible for monitoring your billing cycle and managing renewals in your account settings.
⸻
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• You can cancel your subscription any time in your account settings.
• When you cancel, you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your membership will then end and will not auto-renew.
• If you’ve purchased a 3-month plan, you’ve committed to the full term. We cannot pause, cancel, or refund mid-term.
• We do not generally offer refunds.
4.2.0 Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days after the date of purchase of your Membership to change your mind (the “cooling-off period”).
• If you cancel within this time and have not accessed the platform, we will refund you in full by the method you used for payment.
• If you ask us to start your Membership immediately and access the platform during the cooling-off period, you agree that:
• If you cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a pro-rata daily fee for the days you had access.
• The refund will be reduced accordingly.
4.3 Refund method
Refunds, if any, are made to the original payment method where possible.
